CoolCore is the first bonafide textile in the marketplace that actually provides to the consumer a cooling environment that assists in reducing core temperature. CoolCore has developed an innovative and transformational fabric that rapidly reduces a garment’s surface temperature by up to 30% which, in turn, helps maintain the wearer’s core body temperature at 37°C (99°F). The fabric effectively acts as an air conditioning unit for the skin as it captures moisture, cools it, and slowly dissipates it into the atmosphere to reduce body temperature.

CoolCore “cooling technology” functions through a combination of movement, moisture and air. The fabric effectively works when worn dry and rapidly cools with the introduction of moisture through the humidity in the air, the rigors of work, exercise or the user providing perspiration (moisture) to the fabric. For instant activation the fabric can be pre moistened. This cooling effect reduces skin surface temperature as well as core body temperature. It effectively accelerates the wearer’s recovery time from exertion while improving overall comfort and performance.
